Our focus and accomplishments to improve transparency and outcomes:

  • Led efforts to improve the consistency and comprehensiveness of U.S. foreign assistance data, supporting better coordination and accountability across U.S. foreign assistance efforts.

  • Analyzed the loss of data due to the dismantling of USAID’s website, calling for the restoration of data and other information to the public, thus ensuring access to a vast trove of data, evaluations, and policies enabling all stakeholders to build on existing evidence and produce improved outcomes.

  • Tracked publication and use of evaluation policies as well as evaluations of projects and programs for all U.S. projects and programs.

  • Led efforts to improve transparency on policies and funding flows to leverage and accelerate the transition to locally led development.

  • Worked with MFAN to improve the quality and accessibility of DFC data and policies to enable DFC to have stronger development outcomes and increased private sector participation.

  • Focus on Improving the capacity and transparency of US State Department to effectively manage U.S. foreign assistance, including new models of delivery, such as the State Department’s Global Health Strategy.

  • Ensure that MCC’s practices, including publication of high-quality data and evaluations, continue
